Which method of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit/credit cards but no personal checks.

Can I obtain a receipt for my charges?

Certainly, a receipt is generated the day of the charge and will be e-mailed to you.

How do I make a reservation?

In order to make a reservation, you would need to call our office at (443) 996-9903.
Alternatively you can make reservation right from out website by visiting the RESERVATION page.

What do you provide with the bus?

We provide a chauffeur who is professionally trained and licensed by the state. We also provide you with an aux cable for your portable music player, bottled water, ice (optional), cups, trash bags and paper towels.

When should I book a limo?

You should book a limo at least 15-30 days before your event. This is especially true for specialty vehicles. Specialty vehicles include exotic cars, stretch escalades, and party buses.

Why am I being charged a 3-4 hour minimum?

Limo services charge three hour minimums to prevent split orders. Three to four hour minimums are standard since you will not want the limo company to book other jobs in-between your reservation.

Why am I being charged for time that I’m not in the car?

A limousine rental is like staying at a hotel. Although you may not spend every minute in your room, you’re always charged for the whole day. In the limousine industry, this would be considered a 24 hour minimum.

Can we bring food on the bus?

Yes, however you must clean up after yourself, otherwise, you may be charged a clean up fee.
